I found this FREE Virtual Lab, offered by Microsoft, that has a nice little "How to" lab on how to build an Outlook Add-in, which is something that I've always been interested in learning. What's more interesting, is that the lab has integrated how to use WCF (Web Services) to access data and how to use WPF for the User Interface.
